Ru-Jun is up to 33 pounds and 102 cm. She has definitely hit the weight plateau where she doesn’t get much heavier for a while and adds height. But she is quite a bit smaller than most kids around her her age, as far as we can tell. At her 4 year well check she was 50 percentile for both height and weight. I think that must have been the WHO chart. The US chart average must be bigger than that. It’s interesting that her first 1.5 years, which were mostly in Taiwan, appear to be having an effect on her development at this point still. Either that or the genes for modest size are really predominating. She is a good eater.
